Pre-order terms
These terms will govern reservations on dockerbikes.com.au. They must be signed off by counsel before checkout opens. Australian Consumer Law (ACL) rights apply in addition to anything below.
Sales are not open yet. You can configure a bike and join the waitlist — payment stays disabled until the company is registered and this page is legally validated.
1. Estimated delivery
First container (standard colours): First deliveries from late October 2026.
Second container (founder editions): Limited fundraise editions — second container end of December 2026. These dates are separate — second-container bikes are not delivered with the first container.
If delivery is delayed, we will notify you by email with a revised estimate. You may cancel for a full refund of amounts paid if the delay is material and we cannot agree a new date — procedure to be finalised with counsel before sales open.
2. Two containers
Reservations may be for the first container (53 standard-colour Docker bikes, delivery from late October 2026) or the second container (120 Docker bikes in founder colours, delivery end of December 2026, built if the campaign goal of $220,000 is reached). Confirm which container applies before you pay.
3. Payment
Pre-orders are pay in full at reservation — early-bird pricing on the first container or full retail on second-container founder editions. No deposit or partial payment. Payment processor: Stripe (AUD).
4. Refunds
Cooling-off window, change-of-mind, and defect refund rules — including how to request a refund and timeframes — must be completed and signed before checkout is enabled. Placeholder only: do not treat this paragraph as the final policy.
5. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. ACL rights apply in addition to any rights we grant.
