How we chose our factory

Docker is not a white-label badge on someone else’s machine. The brief came first — geometry, electronics, feel — then we went looking for people who could build it.
At China Cycle 2026 in Shanghai we stood in the booths. Matt inspected cargo frames, mid-drives, and belt systems. We talked certifications, capacity, and whether a factory would stay with a specification instead of offering a catalogue template.
Two professional cycling associates travelled with us for the show. They were present in a professional capacity — not as Docker founders.
We do not name the partner here. The machine should speak first. What you will meet in Western Australia is the result of that trip: a product written as a brief, then engineered as a whole.
First deliveries of the opening 53 standard-colour bikes are from late October 2026. The limited-edition colours unlocked by the campaign ship in the second container — end of December 2026.
